Heather Devlin Knopf is a Philadelphia-based illustrator/designer, writer, and educator. 

Heather teaches course in illustration, design, and business/promotion at Moore College of Art and Design and at Arcadia University. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, she studied Graphic Communications Management and later earned her MFA in Illustration at the Hartford Art School, University of Hartford.

Her latest picture book project was The Cow in Patrick O'Shanahan's Kitchen written by Diana Prichard and published by Little Pickle Press.
